 Hey Everyone! I'm Pooja. I was diagnosed with PCOS and Insulin Resistance three years ago after many years of confusion and frustration. With the help of my mom, I have been able to reverse my insulin resistance and my PCOS symptoms have decreased in severity. After going through this worldwind, I was and am frustrated at the lack of information for teens and their parents on this two diseases.
